I had a wonderful experience visiting the Chesapeake Health Dept. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and asked how I could be helped. I was able to schedule an appointment for a TB screening for employment. When she (Kamisha) realized the appointment time would work, she called me back, apologized and rescheduled. Guess what? I'm at the Chesapeake Health Department Farmer's Market! Great experience!
My experience at this health department location has been disappointing. The staff at this location are rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and unresponsive. They will never pick up the phone or return your call (Darlene Chapman), or they will give you incorrect information, which creates . This is a public service, and the community deserves better!
