These people will literally lie to your face. Esp about the vaccine clinics. Everything says call for an appt, but when you do, they tell you that they already did walk ins, that they DON'T TELL ANYONE is coming up, so you can't plan properly for STATE MANDATED school vaccines. Everything to do with this state's Healthcare system is irreparably BROKEN.
Visited Vital Services office today, where I was helped by Brooklyn, she was kind and courteous, had a big smile(not that it's required), and 12 out of 10 service!
Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable or tried to point me in the right direction for advise. Having a vital records made it much easier to pick up my kids birth certificates and much less wait time to get them mailed to me through alternative services.
Front desk and nurses there are super friendly! And Amy, who drew my blood, was the best! I was honestly surprised because it was the first time I didn’t feel a thing while getting blood drawn. Such a pleasant experience!
I believe her name was nurse Hill, she was absolutely amazing. She was professional and thorough. Made the entire process a breeze. Everyone was super nice and helpful as well, left no room to question anything. Thank you all for your professionalism!
