Absolutely amazing! everyone is very nice and polite and the centering program they do is a great addition! i met a lot of amazing girls and learned a lot preparing me for pregnancy, motherhood and postpartum. I'm very grateful i got to experience something like that. thank you Shannon, Leisa, & Ionna!
I wish I can press a -0 star! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I had an appointment canceled without my consent. Mind you, you cannot talk to a human being just a silly machine. And if you leave a massage it might take them several at least 2 days to get back to you. I had several issues with a miscarriage I had and while they were taking care of me I almost died. Let me bleeding for 3 month straight waiting for my body to get rid of it on its own !! (Who does that after the trauma of a miscarriage)! Long story short I had to travel ... read more
I am very grateful to Chesapeake Health Care Woodbrooke OB/GYN for all the care I have received. I am pregnant with my first baby, and I never imagined I would receive such attentive, compassionate care from the nurses. Every two weeks, we attend sessions where we learn how to take care of ourselves during pregnancy and how to care for our babies after birth, among many other helpful topics. This is now the 2nd–3rd time I’ve called and it’s beyond frustrating at this point. Your office called ME to set up an appointment, and I’ve been trying to call back just to let someone know I can’t make that day because I already have another appointment. Somehow that has turned into an impossible task. Every single time I call, it goes straight to voicemail. I’ve stopped leaving voicemails because clearly no one bothers to return them. Do not recommend this office. You can only ever reach the answering machine. It is hard to get a real human on the phone. Some of the office staff are very nice and others make you feel like you are crazy for seeking follow up care. I felt like a number and an inconvenience to them. Was having a miscarriage that was potentially ectopic and I do not feel like they did proper follow up or cared about my future fertility or long term impact at all.i did not trust them with my care and certainly would not trust them with the car... read more
