Doctor was horrible. Absolutely horrible. I don’t know if he was being racist or hated his job. Didn’t get his name but he was a tall white male. Definitely rude enough for us to demand a refund. Made us wait half an hour just to be treated horribly? Definitely not going back.

It's never easy to talk to the front desk, by phone or in person. My last in-house visit, I asked if my sliding scale had expired. Rather than answer me, the person (who was not wearing a visible badge) asserted that the sliding scale was not relevant to me. Her words. That Medicare would be billed. When I tried to explain that Medicare is billed first, but my payments are bumped down to the sliding fee of $25, she closed the window on me and waved me to the next window. I’ve had Dr. Arumala for a little over 5 years now and she is hands down very attentive to my needs. She gives me the truth and helps guide me in better my healthy overall. I have also received follow up helath info via mail, her staff is really good and friendly. Sadly I have to travel 20 minutes to Berlin to get seen by her due to her Salisbury schedule, but I’d rather travel there because she cares about her patients. Thank you Dr. Arumala!

I love Dr Roenneburg.She helped me so much. The front desk could use some help, and their check out women I witnessed, talking about patients as I was waiting for a room. Very unprofessional staff, but the nurses and Dr's are great!!!
