I really have no idea how my experience can be in such contrast with those before me, but black and white doesn't begin to describe it. I found Phil to be incredibly professional and just a super nice guy. Always responded to my calls and emails the same day, usually within the hour. After reading these reviews my husband and I were hesitant to even apply. But, wow were we surprised! Not only was the process smooth and painless. The customer service was outstanding. We applied on a Monday and got financed and closed on our boat by Friday. I would absolutely recommend Phil and his team to help anyone with a boat loan. We have already referred a lot of friends and will continue to do so.
