I’ve been a patient here for about 5 years now since I was blinded by my ex boyfriend back in 2021. I just tried ordering contacts on the phone with the Optic Center. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered contacts so I was asking the woman on the phone the amounts/quantities/prices and I wasn’t 100% understanding her explanation of quantities vs price. She finally impatiently laughed at me and said “I mean how long have you had contacts? Have you ever worn or ordered them before?”. It was just a snarky way to make me feel bad... read more

If I could give Tracy Boss negative stars I definitely would..went in because my son was having issues with his vision being blurry and yes he wears glasses when needed..but she was very condescending and said his vision was perfect he just has dry eyes..she made it seem we were just wasting her time..now mind you my son has been going there since he was 3 months old and always saw Dr. Smoot but since she retired it's not the same..he sees Dr. Williams and he is very thorough and takes time to explain things and doesn't make... read more
