Dr. Boss was great with the medical exam. If you wear contacts they will not measure and give you a prescription for contacts. Go here if you wear glasses only and do not want contacts as an option. You would think an Eye Center would be full service.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The Berlin office exceeded every expectation I had. Yes, like any medical visit there can be some wait time, but that’s a small trade-off for the level of care and precision you receive here. Staff and provider were unprofessional. My mother was having an eye issue and Dr Bescak was just nasty to her. Do not recommend if you are having an issue with your eyes or anything else for that matter. Highly disappointed. All staff could say was he was having a bad day Well too bad so was she. Also, forgot to tell me that they no longer did contact lenses so have to go to another provider for them. Poor service plus the front staff have no idea what they do and don’t do there. My wife Barbara and I had our annual eye exam today with Dr. Todd Besak, DO at Chesapeake Eye Center, located at 10231 Old Ocean City, Blvd., Berlin, MD 21811. We were given a vision test, eye pressure test and a full internal eye examination. Barbara and I had cataract surgery and have full range vision lenses. Dr. Besak performed Barb’s surgery in October, 2024. Dr. Besak is friendly and professional and an excellent eye surgeon. His staff and medical assistants are outgoing and make patients welcome. It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Dr. Jason Williams and his staff. Dr. Williams is extremely educated and talented in his field. He performed cataract and implant surgery on both of my eyes. He is brilliant and kept me informed on what to expect throughout the procedure and recovery periods. Dr. Williams' staff is top-notch!
