We arrived a little early and were welcomed with a warm, welcoming smile. We were processed immediately. We waited about 10 minutes and were called back. All exams were conducted and the physician saw me within 15 minutes. Checkout was equally as efficient. I happened to look down at my watch and noted I was actually checking out only 5 minutes of the time my appointment was scheduled to be seen. Extremely efficient, friendly, and professional.

So I went in almost TWO weeks ago for an eye emergency. They could only get me in with an optometrist, who was great. He wanted me to come back in 2 days for a follow up with an ophthalmologist. Despite my numerous calls, they have NEVER called me back! This is malpractice as far as I’m concerned!
