Don't waste your money on a MD inspection with theses guys! – Got a MD state inspection from here simply because this was the only place the MVA could tell me that did inspections. I should have done some research first. They charged me $89, failed my vehicle, and told me I needed $800 work of work done. I explained that I had just passed the NC annually required inspection 6 months prior, and asked for more details on what failed. These guys are a rip off!!! I took my vehicle in for inspection 3 times and each time they found more things that needed to be fixed. They finally passed it after I agreed to get the additional repairs completed there. They were rude, slow, expensive, and didn't except repair completed by another shop. I will never go back for repairs or even get gas from them.
First and Last time – went to this Exxon for the MD State Inspection. They inspected my vehicle and failed it because they said there where 3 repairs needed to be made, right front rotor, an blown taillight, and the headlight adjusting screws were missing from my vehicle. This was in July. I got the rotor replaced, replaced the bulb myself and then concentrated on the headlamp adjusting screws. Moved to Annapolis from Florida and noticed their ad at the MVA. Went right to them. Group of humorous guys that treat you like a friend. Got my car inspected and an oil change for a very reasonable price. Have been going there since. I know they are taking care of me and my car, and I never feel like I'm being milked for every last penny. Never had a bad experiance, and don't think I ever will. Keep up the good work, highly respectable and highly recommended.
Saturday Oil Change $19.95, no really there is no catch. Went there and they filled all of my fluids, checked my air pressure, and did the oil change all for $19.95. It's nice to find a local group of mechanics not working for some huge corporation with hidden agendas. I fell good getting my vehicle serviced here, supporting small business owners!
How can you ever complain about a family operated gas/service station in a very urban area? They speak English! That's enough for me.
