Decent place , people here are kind and hard working folks , 1 of the better places for mobile homes

Expect rent to go up yearly with nothing to show for it. Poor lighting at night, by the entrances, sketchy activity... little to no plowing in the winter, we're basically paying more and more yearly to live in the slums. One of the absolutely loudest places to live between kids running through everyone's yards trespassing and screaming, loud parties every weekend, and drunken fights at least weekly.
