I have used this company for years to insure my staff. I would give their audit process a 2.5 stars. Very time consuming and some of their processes are confusing, regarding their policies. But, their staff is usually able to answer my questions clearly, professionally and overall a good experience. I would like to give their Annual Policy Holder Dividend distribution process a 5 star rating. I just received a large check as a reward for not having worker's comp claims in 2024. I had an audit done and they totally did not review the paperwork and I was sent a large bill,I'm unsure as how they do business, but I won't be referring them to anyone. I'm very very disappointed. I'm new to this, and i've spent so much on insurance and just like the reviews are saying they do try to squeeze money out from you from the audits, and also just raise your premiums, even if you've had no work. I'm a small business that's growing.This is unjust
Horrible to deal with ! Takes forever to get anything approved and they make you jump through 10 million hoops and sit around in pain and they obviously do not care about your injuries or getting you better quickly or getting you back to work .
Not impressed with this company.. can do better
