I had an audit done and they totally did not review the paperwork and I was sent a large bill,I'm unsure as how they do business, but I won't be referring them to anyone. I'm very very disappointed. I'm new to this, and i've spent so much on insurance and just like the reviews are saying they do try to squeeze money out from you from the audits, and also just raise your premiums, even if you've had no work. I'm a small business that's growing.This is unjust
Horrible to deal with ! Takes forever to get anything approved and they make you jump through 10 million hoops and sit around in pain and they obviously do not care about your injuries or getting you better quickly or getting you back to work .

Best company for insurance in Maryland by far. Great staff as well, extremely helpful.
RUN! Don't walk...I have zero employees and they are attempting to EXTORT money from me for a so called "Audit" when there is literally nothing to audit. No payroll, no business claims, no assets....this company is a complete SCAM. Do yourself a favor and seek insurance elsewhere from a TRUSTWORTHY company.
