I am not sure why this place gets such good reviews. I have been here several times over the last year and usually there is always a problem. They are somewhat disorganized, waits are usually moderate, and the original ENT Doc I was seeing is not only always rude in her demeanor but, blames me when a prescription isn't taken because she forgets to call it in (and that has occurred more than once). I would strongly avoid this place. Once I get my results back, that's it. Done.
Excellent from front to back service. Explained plan to fix or relieve my issues, clearly guaranteeing nothing, but honestly pledging to do their best. With plan B, surgury, being a risky plan.
The Ladies at the front desk was very kind and professional. Dr.Keyes showed concern and was very thorough and informative with my exam. I would highly recommend without a question...
I’ve been there only once so hopefully things will change as time goes on but for the time being this office (from front desk , back staff, doctor and check out) is the most unfriendly and lacks efficiency more than any office I been in since moving to the area a year ago. All of the other offices, and there have been many, have displayed extreme friendliness and efficiency. They have been primarily Sentara physicians. I’m not certain which system this practice is part of but I don’t think it is Sentara
