Dr. Connolly is great. The office sometimes can get a bit packed especially around this time of year, but the office staff does their best to communicate and process everyone quickly.
Worst place ever they don’t even deserve 1 star I been calling everyday since last wed to make a appt my doctor sent the referral over twice I been getting push to the curb every since wed but I guess they don’t care about nobody else health unless it’s there family or them the sad part about it I ask to speak to a supervisor 3 times plus they took my informational each time I have yet to hear from a supervisor but tomorrow im going over everybody heads with the higher up because I don’t deserve to be treated like this I hav... read more
I have not yet visited your facility, but I am giving 2 stars based solely on my phone interaction. I called while dealing with a stressful medical situation. The person who answered informed me that new appointments are not available for 5–6 weeks. When I explained that this was too far out and asked if there was any possibility of an earlier appointment, she abruptly hung up the phone. This behavior was very unprofessional and RUDE!!!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CALLED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO SCHEDULE MY DAUGHTER FOR A NEW PT APPT. WAS TOLD SHE NEEDED A REFERRAL WHICH I HAVE. WAS TOLD I COULD ONLY FAX IT. FINALLY FOUND A WAY TO FAX IT. CALLED 10 TIMES BEFORE GETTING AN ANSWER TO SCHEDULE APPT WHERE I AM THEN TOLD THE REFERRAL NEEDS TO BE IN THE PORTAL.
