Chesapeake Ear, Nose & Throat Owings Mills completed an audit and sent a check for over-payment to my mother 5 years after she died. I contacted them many times for more than a year, they were supposed to send the check to me, her daughter, but they never did. I am tired of calling. They have no intentions of paying. How convenient - they keep the money.

I have been going to this office for the last three years with my three kids. I can tell you right now I have never met a more compassionate, understanding, and down right amazing doctor than Dr. Santos. My kids combined have had 6 tubes surgeries, three adenoid removals, and one set of tonsils removal. Most recently my newly two year old daughter had her tonsils and adenoids taken out. I had an appointment with Dr Daniel..He was very rude,very short ,very standoffish and unprofessional..I am not a sensitive person,but he made me feel so incredibly bad ,that I cancelled any future appointments.I will NEVER go back to this clinic ever again

Every time I call this office I can never get anyone. I leave a voicemail and it’s very rare that my voicemails get answered. And my calls are usually for something important regarding my medications or testing that needs done. If I could go the Westminster office for everything I very much would. The Westminster office returns phone calls the rare occasion that they miss my call. I honestly dread every time o have to deal with the Owings Mills office.
