Unprofessional
Poor review based on two factors: 1. Rude billing staff who provide inaccurate estimates and 2. Staff who cannot wait to get patients out at the end of the day no matter what. To elaborate: we were referred to CDS by our orthodontist for a my teenage son who needed a stubborn baby tooth extracted. I had a highly frustrating experience with Chesapeake Dental Specialists due to their billing department. While the surgery team was great, professional, and competent, the financial office operates with predatory and deceptive practices. I received a treatment plan, followed it exactly, and made what was confirmed to be my final payment. Three weeks after my account was settled, the office contacted me demanding an additional $324.18.
