All of my children have been going to this office for about 10 years. Then added additional children as they were added to the family. However, it was confirmed today that my children have received less than adequate care because they have Medicaid. I was told by Stephanie that XRays are not covered under insurance before a certain age, and that would leave the cost for me to pay. That was never given as an option to me. BEWARE. The doctor may be a good surgeon but the office policy is unfair. We had to put down a $250 deposit (?) and were told the balance would be $1100 after estimating what one insurance might pay. Might. Surgery was set for 5 days later. We asked them to run it through both of our insurances so we knew exactly how much we would have to pay. Great staff lower staff, that the higher ups use to make the place seem friendly. It is cold as a city morgue at midnight. These guys are complete crooks and scum. All these shady warranties and fine print. Much worse it become obvious to me over the years that THey dont have ANY idea wtf they are doing. ANd they dont 100% do not care. One word: Amazing lady Dr. I saw her in September 2022 and in less than 3 minutes, I kid you not, she removed a badly impacted large molar that had been broken for a good year and only had the bottom part imbedded in the gum. he took her time, explained, numbed and Voila, just like that. I healed pretty quickly and would recommend her to anyone needing oral surgery. Moreover, she is kind attentive and able all compassionate. Unbelievably WONDERFUL! I feel so pampered at Blue Ridge Orthodontics. The front desk staff are the nicest group of people I have ever interacted with at any medical/dental office. They greet everyone by name, with a welcoming smile. They offer you water, coffee, sparkling water. They are professional and personable. I initially went to them for Invisiline and a retainer.
