We've been using Chesapeake Cycles to service our bikes for several years and have never been disappointed with their work. Our family owns four cycles that are an unusual/uncommon model that many dealerships won't work on. Chesapeake Cycles is the exception and they not only are willing to work on our MP3s but they do great work every time. Highly recommend. Amazing, knowledgeable, understanding and wonderful staff.
I can back up what others have said. I bought a brand new Zero SRF from this dealer and had to bring it to a different dealer for proper service. Here's a few things that went wrong: Quick charging module was installed improperly, storage compartment would not open. I think someone else reviewed and said they had a bad experience with the parts department. Same here. I was actually told by the owner to file a lemon complaint haha. I would advise others to do business elsewhere.
Hopefully Indian or Polaris does not care about sales of their touring motorcycles…zero customer service, and when I say zero I mean non existent made my choice to stay on a Harley pretty easy! Don’t waste your time! ***Update***so we were there for 10 minutes and the gentleman maybe you, who was there completely ignored us…I’m not the only one saying this in the reviews btw.
