Excellent experience buying a motorcycle from this dealership. Reached out via their website on a demo Himalayan 450 they had listed, Jennifer responded promptly the next business day with full details, an OTD quote, and an invitation to come test ride any time during their hours. When I arrived, everybody was super friendly - the bike was moved outside for a test ride with no fuss and I was encouraged to take it around their route a couple of times. I’ll give them credit, they saw the original one star review and reached out right away to make it right, which is always appreciated and a sign of a good shop. They let me know they would happily Replace the side panels, and made a note of the oil overfill. I’ll raise the review up a bit for that. I’ll leave my previous review below. I am updating my review due to the fact that I did not purchase a motorcycle here. But after having my first experience test driving a Challenger I ended up purchasing one somewhere else and planning to come here for service. I called to make an appointment for service because I have some issues with the motorcycle that is still under factory warranty.
