I had a fantastic experience at Chesapeake Cycles! Mike went above and beyond to get me the perfect bike and deliver excellent customer service along the way. The entire team made the buying process very easy and efficient, from test riding to financing to tag/title. I strongly recommend purchasing from this shop, whether it’s your first bike or your tenth!
Sales staff was nice, I thoroughly felt welcome by the folks up front. They helped me through the purchase of a new motorcycle. The service department needs improvement, lack of response, it took a long time to get parts, I was never contacted when I inquired about it via voicemail and basically it's been a lot of frustration to book what should be a simple appointment to install something I already paid for. I'm giving sales a 5/5, service a 2/5. Edit: I take it back… this dealership is the best.
Indian motorcycle inventory severely lacking, only 1 on the showroom floor, and I think it was used. Plenty of Royal Enfield and Triumph.
I always bring my Triumph here for service. Friendly, hassle free experience and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
