It's beautiful there.
Look very closely into the frivolous lawsuits and rising fees...
Expensive condo fees that keep going up. They can't keep a manager in the office. I'm wondering what they are doing with all the condo fees if they can't pay a manager enough to stay. Maintenance staff is nice and helpful. Just wondering about the condo association and how well they are managing funds (would be interested to see an audit of that sometime).
