I called a month ago to schedule service. I was advised someone would be out within the next few business days. After a few days I called and was told the exact same thing, still no one showed up. I received a message on my voicemail asking if it was ok to come out a few weeks ago. I returned the call the same day and no one answered so I left a message stating it was ok for someone to come out and that they do not have to call to confirm the appointment as someone is here 24-7 but please come out as soon as possible, still ... read more
