They did fix the issue, but Shawn schooled me on what needed to be related to the installation team. He was very professional and patient with answering all of my questions. I will definitely keep Chesapeake in my Rolodex.
I would definitely use Chesapeake again. My A/C broke in the middle of summer. They came out, assessed the problem, provided a temporary solution while awaiting parts, and researched and applied warranties. What I like the most was that the technician, Chuck, was the same person who did the assessment and returned to do the repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Since he had assessed the problem originally, it made the repair that much more quick and thorough. Thank you!

A tech came out due to a call from our home warranty company. He was prompt and professional. He couldn’t find anything directly wrong but cleaned condenser coils (I think that’s what he said) and did whatever else he felt was necessary and it’s been working great since! I’m very pleased with the honestly and the thoroughness of the technician.
