Not very good and seem not listening.. had to cancel because they guy was coming to late after I told them I need a.m appointment and was told ok. Day of cleaning was told 11-2 after one clock guy still didn't haven't gotten here...what waste of time
Tried calling and messenger to get an appointment, never was contacted. shame they lost an existing customer..
My first experience was scheduling. I had been told 9am appt. Then I get confirmation email appt 9-10am. Which I wasn't told there was a window. Then at 10.30am I called them and they told me oh mistake it should be a window of 9-11am. Then I get a call from the service person he's stuck in traffic and will not be there till closer to 12.
