Amazing We appreciate the efficient, quality care that the team provides. The people are responsive and friendly, making sure to make us aware of what we can do to maintain our carpets for the long haul. Our carpets are 5 years old and receive a good deal of traffic, but they look brand new to us!
Awesome Everyone was very friendly including the initial phone call about information and setting up an appointment. The technician was informative about the procedure, effiecent, and did an excellent job. Overall, very pleased. Specifically, two wing back chairs that were old and in need of cleaning turned out almost like new. My cat has taken cat naps in them. The carpet looks much newer.
