I was in town visiting relatives and called to see if they could fit my pup in for a cut and wash. After a run around on the phone, the receptionist told me I could bring him in later that afternoon. She called me back two hours later to tell me that he needed to be picked up and that they could not do anything for him but I could make an appointment for two days later and they could try again.... read more
