Chesapeake Bay Aquatic Physical Therapy gave me back my right arm and shoulder! The pain from an overuse injury hindered my movement and kept me awake at night. Ron Herbst is an effective, knowledgeable (and kind) therapist. He knows exactly what makes bodies work and heal (and can use interesting conversation to ease through any painful stretches.) His staff is efficient and kind. I actually miss seeing them now that my shoulder works again! Thank you Chesapeake Bay.

I came to Sonya and Al after two spinal surgeries in December! I was able to go from a wheelchair to walker and now am still attending therapy in June! I love how Sonya helps me meet my personal goals thru techniques derived from several areas of fitness! I am so very grateful for everyone at Chesapeake I feel like I can make a full recovery under their superior training. I want to thank Al for the special care and dedication he has given me. He has helped my body ie muscular skeletal issues. Guiding me with daily exercise

I was recently treated by Al for therapy on my knee. I had meniscus surgery over a year ago and was still experiencing much discomfort and limited in my activities. After being treated by Al, I am now totally asymptomatic and going to the gym 4xs per week. Al is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He throughly evaluated my injury and showed me what to do. I highly recommend Al !!

I had a separated shoulder with a lot of pain and concern. I went to CBAT and they were great ! First Kayla is so professional, polite with a smile always scheduling the next appointment, handling the insurance and answering all the admin questions. Mike is awesome. Pushed me just enough in a safe way to stretch this injury staying on the mend until I now have almost complete usage. I was most impressed that he took me out to the gym and showed me a few exercises that I could add to my workout and where to be careful. Great ... read more
