Disappointed in the service. While other PT companies have one on one in the pool, there are sometimes several that are under one PT with this company. Incorrectly filed with my insurance. Never called me back or fixed it. Called billing. System always down. Btw the office in Severna Park, the billing system & no improvements over the nine PT appts. in the water, I wasted a whole lot of money & time.
When you think of PT it’s associated with pain. The professionals at Cbay minimize your pain because they take care of your needs. They listen to your concerns and address them as they rehab you back to full health. I feel Gayna, Christine and Rebekah are outstanding in the service they provide. First time at Chesapeake Bay Aquatic Therapy but 3rd time in PT. Christine, my PT is AMAZING! The 3rd time is truly the charm. I am FINALLY achieving the flexibility and pain reduction I have been seeking in the 3.5 yrs since my knee surgery!!!!!! Yeah.
