I needed a transmission and looked up this repair shop on Google. Once talking with Johnathan over the phone I had my car towed to them. My car was there over 2 months. I called constantly week after week getting lies about my car being repaired. Johnathan would tell me to call back or at times tell me he would find out what's going on with my car and would called me back. Bad experience I havent my car since last Thursday and they haven’t even touch my car.. I kept calling and asking about my car and they kept saying we going get the price … never did .. call again and they told me they was going to have the price that Friday morning .. did they call .. nope so I went up there at 12 to get my car and they had the nerve to say oh you was the next person up …I told them to just give me my car back . Could not be happier with my experience. The new leadership is amazing and is very accommodating. They were upfront and honest through the whole process. I will be returning in the future.
They want to gaslight you into paying for large jobs after very little diagnostic. If you don’t know vehicles they will take advantage of you. My buddies girl brought her truck over there for temp gauge and random misfire. Tried to convince him and his girlfriend it was a blown head gasket. And charged him 360$ for towing and a 10 minute diagnostic. And told him it would be $4000 dollars to fix. Turned out a ground bolt wasn’t fully tightened.
