These workers at this company were very nice due to our situation. Me and my family had gotten a rental car for our vacation, and once our car broke down ghosted us for days. These guys worked on our car and made it amazing. Very nice personalities beyond all the workers and very nice humor. Despite the rental car company being cheap and deciding to weld our almost completely broken exhaust i believe, these guys made the car go almost 550 more miles. If I could leave less than one review I would. I was severely overcharged for a diagnostic. After explaining twice what the problem I was having and for him to overlook what my concerns were and tell me it was an issue not what I explained. He was just looking for an issue that was costly. He also boasted about how he is changing things in the office. This should have deterred me, but I was concerned with my car being repaired. This was one of the best experiences I have had with customer service in a very long time! They got my car in asap, updated me super quick, and were extremely honest! They even offered to stay late for me to come pick up my car after work. I will only be using them moving forward!!
They completed my work quickly and efficiently. My car was done in a day and they were able to find the cause of my issue.
