I got T-boned on Rowe Blvd in Annapolis. 2 doors got pretty well smashed. After the repairs you couldn't even tell it had been in a accident.
Front Office is courteous and communicates very well! Ben and Drew are extremely helpful. There were a few delays with one part which was holding up the entire repair and they updated me daily as to its status even though I didn’t ask for it. Grade “A” service in this area. The reason I give the shop 3 out of 5 and not 5 is due to the mistakes made by the repair department themselves. Chesapeake repaired minor damage to my Ford Expedition. When I picked up the car it looked like new. Cleaned up better than I would do and damage was repaired. Wonderful job. I would recommend them very highly
