Kevin is to fix our appliance the day before Xmas.
It's been over 3 weeks and they keep trying to ignore me.
I had a schedule for more than a week to repair my Dryer & on our appointment time he gave me a call & he said he would arrive in 5 minutes. I told him that I was on my way & he said he would call me the time he arrived. He never called me & he didn't show up too because by chance my wife was in the house. Sad!
Craig at Chesapeake Appliance Service is the best!! He fixes appliances well, quickly and affordable. He has nothing to do with the warranty business with a similar name out of Stevensville.
