Do yourself a favor & run
It was a horrible experience. I took my Thor 2017 Coach for repairs and after paying over $20k some of the damages were not fixed. In addition to this there is new damage that was done by the shop. I have contacted the GM and he has not responded.
All the good reviews are from people that have just purchased and haven’t seen the real side of this place, or relatives. If you haven’t bought from them yet, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. From a former employee perspective, I cannot understand how they’re still even open. They sell units with known problems and have no remorse! The staff to a person has been extremely customer oriented and attentive. The purchasing experience was very pleasant.
