The staff is very professional, answered all of our questions. No one pressured us and they actually steered us to a quality and affordable pre-owned camper rather than trying to sell us a new unit.
Mark the sales professional was very helpful. He was low pressure , informative and listened . I highly recommend speaking to him if you are on the market for a RV / Camper . We stopped in today with no appointment and he was sincere and accommodating , gave us a tour and provided us with all the information to make our decision.
I can't express how thrilled I am with the exceptional service I received from Mr. Craig at Chesaco RV in Stuart, FL! I went into the store looking for a awning part and, unfortunately, they didn’t have any new ones in stock. However, Mr. Craig went above and beyond by taking the time to check in the back to see if he could find a suitable used part that would work for me, as I was in a pinch to get back North for my dad’s 80th birthday. Great personal service. When I said I wanted to look at one of the bigger dealers to make sure I was making the right choice they didn't push the hard sell..I did come back and bought from Chesaco...the big dealers were too busy for me. A single woman.
