I had a very disappointing experience with Cheryl’s Health Boutique. On 9/19, I followed their voicemail instructions and sent an email to request an appointment. As of 9/26, one full week later, I still have not received a response. The voicemail greeting itself is unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of offering warmth or reassurance, it has a harsh tone and dictates that callers must only choose one option (leaving a voicemail or sending an email) and not do both. First time visiting. What a great experience! Cece was fantastic and so incredibly nice and helpful! We appreciated her assistance and highly recommend you get your compression socks and other medical needs from this business.
I regret to write this review but after such patterned failure feel compelled to inform and warm others who may be in similarly difficult medical situations. Despite a pleasant demeanor Cheryl’s boutique has consistently failed. I have tried with great persistence over several years to order what should be for them a relatively routine transaction, yet it is truly impossible. I was sent to this office with a prescription, but that meant nothing to the person there. They refused to set an appointment "because the door should have been locked". I came in at 2 pm. The staff member told me she was on her lunch break, so couldn't give me an idea of when there is an available appointment. She also suggested I call to make an appointment but in a few hours because the phone line was down. I called back several times and have not been answered.
