I regret to write this review but after such patterned failure feel compelled to inform and warm others who may be in similarly difficult medical situations. I was sent to this office with a prescription, but that meant nothing to the person there. They refused to set an appointment "because the door should have been locked". I came in at 2 pm. The staff member told me she was on her lunch break, so couldn't give me an idea of when there is an available appointment. She also suggested I call to make an appointment but in a few hours because the phone line was down. I called back several times and have not been answered. Cheryls boutique is the best place for sincere service
I would definitely go again. Please understand that the by-appointment-only, locked door policy is out of consideration for people who need to try on sensitive equipment such as a wig and want their privacy - the proprietress is being sensitive to customer needs, not imposing those restrictions for no reason. She is highly knowledgeable, helped me a great deal by fitting and explaining everything, and was very pleasant.
