I would definitely go again. Please understand that the by-appointment-only, locked door policy is out of consideration for people who need to try on sensitive equipment such as a wig and want their privacy - the proprietress is being sensitive to customer needs, not imposing those restrictions for no reason. She is highly knowledgeable, helped me a great deal by fitting and explaining everything, and was very pleasant. Worse place i have ever been, very disrespectful, she was about to pushing us out of her door because we were not able to make an appointment. For 3 months I called her and left her massage to make an appointment and she called me back one time and I was missed that call, after I called her 100 times. Very disrespectful lady, she doesn't care about you at all. I hate this place
