Cheryl does amazing work. She has been flexible on scheduling to make it easier. And I have seen serious reduction in my hair, that other businesses could not seem to do.
Cheryl gave me a few electro sessions to prepare an area for surgery. She was professional, thorough, and better informed on surgery prep than another electrolysis place I had gone to in another city. Years later, her work is still holding up. Major friend of blahaj. She does not shy from higher settings, which stings for sure but is necessary for permenant hair removal.
Cheryl started out great, but the closer I got to my surgery date, the more careless she got. She messed up two appointment times, and tried blaming me both times, which cost me time getting electrolysis. Not very pleased with the results, and she got pretty rude and unprofessional towards the end. She needs to retire.
