Cheryl started out great, but the closer I got to my surgery date, the more careless she got. She messed up two appointment time twice, and tried blaming me both times, which cost me time getting electrolysis. Not very pleased with the results, and she got pretty rude and unprofessional towards the end. She needs to retire.

Still giving her the 3 stars cause she did the job, but she's definitely just in it for the money.
Cheryl is a miracle worker! Seriously. I went somewhere else for months and saw no progress; after going to Cheryl for the past year or so, the change is drastic. She is kind and understanding, and her suite is comfortable and quiet. 10/10.
Very experienced and professional. Cheryl made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was very friendly. Highly recommend.
She offered $14,000 for a medium sized area, and acted overwhelmed that i would ask about price, claiming she doesn't do the math.
