I had my appointment to see Physician Assistant Cheryl Whiting for first time. She was very professional and ordered me all test I needed for the visit. Furthermore, her medical assistants went above and beyond when calling me back with my results by letting me know clear details about the PA instructions n letting me know if I need anything do not hesitate to contact them to let their provider to know. I am happy with my experience. Thank you.
It was an online visit that we never had bad experience with in the past with other doctors. The accistant who checked me in didn't troubleshoot anything and I had to hold the phone to my ear to be able to hear. So when PA joined I apologized for inability to hear on speakerphone. In response she commented: " That's why you have to hold phone to the couch? " (My camera was on and showed the back of where I was sitting.)
