I recommend Cheryl Smith Realty! Another realtor was struggling to get the property shown and transferred over to Cheryl who immediately went to work getting the home sold. It was such a relief to have her working on things in Florida while I was in another state. She was diligent, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Very responsive to texts and always had an answer to any question I had! I appreciate her support and getting the place sold🎉

We reside out of state and we found Cheryl to be extremely helpful and patient while we went through the process of probate. After a year+ we were able to sell my father's house in Palm Bay. She was very supportive, knowledgeable, was able to advise me and listen as it was such a process. Thank you, Cheryl!!
