Unfortunately, there's nothing positive I can say about Cheryl. We tried to work with her for about 2 weeks and I've never dealt with a more difficult realtor. We lost out on an amazing house because she wouldn't submit an offer for us just because we hadn't seen it. It's our money, we're clearly adults, and therefore, it's our decision. We lost out on 2 other homes we were interested in because she kept insisting on a meet and greet before she'd take us to see houses.
