Cheryl is an AMAZING counselor!!! I was very hesitant to seek counseling, but I will always be grateful I did. Cheryl instantly made me feel welcome and calm. She helped me work through a trauma that was hijacking my peace . She created an emotionally safe place, taught me valuable skills, and offered me a freedom I needed. Cheryl is the perfect balance of insight and compassion as well as knowledge and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone.
Reached out to therapist, who was immediately responsive. When I responded to make an appointment, she never responded back or followed up. Sent an additional email to find out why, which she never responded to either. I found it very disheartening that a therapist would "ghost" a person who is obviously in need of counseling & possibly in crisis. Disappointing and unprofessional.
Poor customer service - WAY overcharged for a simple intake session. Beware!
