Very knowledgeable and patient. Cheryl took her time and explained the process the entire way through. She gave great unbiased advice on several homes we looked at. As first time home buyer’s we wanted to both make sure we found something that was in our budget and met our list of wants/needs. Cheryl is an excellent realtor and we highly recommend her. She is very friendly, hardworking, knowledgeableof the area and real estate process. We were relocating from another state and were not in the area. She would video conference with us through numerous houses and gave us input on what she was able to see in person. She continues to help us today with our new property. You will be in good hands with Cheryl.
