I used to take 3 meds for anxiety for several years. One was Xanax. I used to have really bad panic attacks. I was agoraphobic for a season as well. I did 10 sessions of EMDR with Dr. Hart and was able to get off all medications. That was a few years ago and I continue to do well. I came here to get her information to give to a friend. I am always referring people to her.
