Terrible. My husband and I signed up with State Farm a month ago when we were car shopping because they had the lowest rate for the car we purchased. Upon purchasing the car, we were "misquoted" and raised our rate up by $50. We called our "agent" who did not call us back for a week and was not in the office for an entire week.
