I joined Cheryl to do virtual workouts. She offers 4 days/week at 6am and one later morning start. I really wanted to shift to working out in the morning, and was struggling to do it on my own. The virtual morning class was great and the accountability helped me get into the morning workout routine! The 30 minute workouts fly by quickly. It was August 2022 and I could feel within my body, things weren’t good. My blood pressure was climbing, my sugars were out of whack and I felt unhealthy.
