I insured 4 homes and 2 cars w/ this agent for > 5 years. Then mistakes started piling up and customer service went down the tubes, so I took my biz elsewhere.
The team here provides extraordinary service! Whenever I have a problem, they are there to help me, and I don't know about you, but I want my insurance agent to be helpful and knowledgeable.
Dishonest and disrespectful is how I would describe Cheryl Latham. She forgot to include Rental Car Coverage on our policy; simple mistake, simple fix, it happens. But instead of owning up to her mistake she called my wife and I liars, did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation she created and never apologized for her mistake. She obviously has a large enough book of business she doesn't need to worry about accountability or apologizing. Found better rates, coverage and service elsewhere
