18 yards of elastic were ordered even though the price was extremely high. During this time of the pandemic I expected a higher price but this was price gouging. When the elastic came in it was all balled up, not even wrapped neatly, ànd had to be unraveled. The quality of the elastic was not good as it seemed old.
