Dear Adventhealth, I am writing to formally express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit with Dr. Gulenay. Following this appointment, I was left feeling extremely perturbed and disrespected due to what I perceived as unprofessional, disturbing and inappropriate behavior.
