DREAM REALTOR!!!! Where to start. I met Cheryl at a friend’s home and I told her I was selling my home. She asked several questions and as a curtesy, she printed out scenarios of the outcome even if I used another realtor. Impressive. I was in my home for 31 years and selling was extremely emotional, but Cheryl has a very calming way about her and talked me off the ledge numerous times.
