There are no words to express how thankful and appreciative I am for Cheryl and Tatjana. Their professionalism and attention to detail on my case for visitation for my grandson was above and beyond. My case was a very hard one to win but Cheryl and Tatjana did the impossible and I got more then I ever expected. I highly recommend this team of women. They are truly the best.
I hired Cheryl Benn to represent me in a child support matter. She just left the courts and completely misrepresented me in the courts. She stated that I never provided her with information about my income which I did repeatedly. She completely railroaded me. She called me 30 minutes before the appearance to ask for information that she should have had prior and did in fact have if she bothered to prepare. That is what a good attorney does. Ms. Benn and her team were both available and very professional. As a divorcee new to child support proceedings, Ms. Benn was able to get me 50/ 50 custody of my children and reduce my payments to a quarter of the amount and defer the payments for 2 years, and for men, it doesn't usually play out like that. Also, she was flexible with payments and arrangements.
