I would not recommend Benn because is not a fighter in court that is. She does not litigate. However, she definitely will be some combative via email with her client when u call her on the carpet and hold her accountable. Definitely don’t even try to dispute the bill after she pads it. She is lazy and didn’t even show up on time for my custody hearing. Everyone on the other side was there including the GAL. I arrive a half hour early. It is apparent that by your responses to your negative reviews who you really are and what you stand for. You don't want to repair your reputation with your clients rather further destroy it. You have no integrity and you behave the exact same way when representing unsuspecting naive clients who trust you to at least do minimum work but instead you purposely have no desire to help your clients. Why are you practicing law? Please do everyone a favor and leave the profession. Clearly you’re not successful.
