Called to make an appointment for visual therapy for my child after being referred there and they told me they dont take my 2nd insurance. They didnt tell me anything was wrong with my primary, Tricare. They scheduled an appointment for my daughter for an eye exam even though she just had an extensive one and didnt need it. Said after that appointment we would schedule visual therapy.
