Took my teenage daughter here over a course of 2 years and 2 different counselors. Not only did her problems worsen but they are also falsely billing me. Have made several attempts to clear up this situation via phone calls and emails to no avail. Horrible practice!!
I have been a client of Cheryl Byk for many years and would highly recommend her practice. Office staff is friendly, curtious and always professional when making appointments or providing information with the patient's best interest in mind.
Would not recommend. Made an appointment for my teenaged autistic son, waited two months for the appointment. In the meantime was coming in regularly to see a different therapist. Never canceled an appointment and always paid copays on time. Show up for my son's appointment to find out from the receptionist that she took it upon herself to CANCEL the appointment because I never sent back papers that were EMAILED to me. I never received that email. Awful office management!
I found our counselor, Christine, to be a nice person, but an inept counselor. I would not recommend her services.
