Not such a good visit. The wait time was long and the staff wasn’t very helpful. The assistant at desk to sign in had to literally go see what was taking so long. Their attentiveness was completely off and I felt like walking out. The staff wasn’t very helpful and they stood around the nurses station like they had nothing to do. The doctor wasn’t concerned that I waited in the room for an hour1/2. Must have been a bad day.
Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Iglesia is great! Easy to talk to and she makes sure you understand what your issue is.
Had such an amazing experience with Dr. Iglesia! Thank you for giving my life and confidence back! Forever grateful!
