Horrible staff at responding to calls or answering questions. My husband has called 5 or 6 times within 3 or 4 days to get results explained as they were vaguely posted on his my chart . No one has responded , its been 4 days now. He's asked and was so polite every time , and met with a ' we will take notes and someone will call you back " no one called Horrible and uncalled for , very upset and currently trying to get him to go somewhere else.
I found Dr Bascom to be difficult to communicate with. She seemed to be in hurry and not willing to have a thorough conversation. She dismissed my husband from the practice because she didn’t like me.
Awesome Dr. She takes the time to listen to her patients.
