Referred me to a "highly qualified" specialist that the doctor seemed to know. Unfortunately, the "highly qualified" specialist has no idea what my doctor is talking about and doesn't specialize in that part of the body. I asked for top surgeons, and I was referred to a "highly qualified" specialist that has never done that surgery.
