I missed one appointment because I overbooked that week and it happens...oh God no!! Not with Cheryl..exact words "she doesn't do that; lateness and missed appointments". It was swear to goodness, one appointment. I began the meeting with an apology and an answer but she started with. "she can't help me anymore..and I need an outpatient program."
