Called to see if I could get a temporary ear mold since there isn’t much option in this county. Stated that they would have to call back to see if they can do this. Basically they’re telling me I have to be their patient in order to get one. Even though, I’ll be happy to pay for whatever it may be. A good customer service goes a long way... had that do this, they would have me going to their office as my primary audiologist.
