The office is poorly run and very unprofessional. My son is 14 and goes for appointments monthly and I have yet to have anyone come out and speak to me about his progress or how the appointment went. He goes back into the treatment area, comes back up front and the only person I speak to is the front desk lady to make the next appointment. One time in almost 2 years he's come out with a little card with some info on what they did that appointment.
