Dr Cherubini is great. Very knowledgeable and caring. Pricing is consistent with other similar businesses. The office staff is kind and very helpful in person. The 3 stars is because it can be quite frustrating trying to reach the office. All calls go to voicemail, regardless of the importance. Whether or not you get a return call and how long it takes is arbitrary. It could be same day, 3 days from now or never. If the business fixed this pain point it would easily be 5 stars.
